Rebel Body Group Training

Personal Training geared to help clients reach their goals in a small group setting. Our comprehensive approach allows our clients to get the most out of each training session while with a Coach and when they are solo. This program comes with added accountability and support to make sure all of our clients are successful with their fitness journey.

Rebellion Boot Camp

Rebellion Boot Camp is a group training class designed to help you reach the results you desire! Geared toward any fitness level, Rebellion Boot Camp uses our proven A.R.C. Training Method to maximize the effect of each workout. This program comes with added accountability and support to make sure all of our clients are successful with their fitness journey.

XPT Advanced Turf Room Training

These Turf Room sessions are for teenagers and have more advanced training methods focused on multi-directional speed, balance, mechanics, power, reaction, and core strength.

XPT Speed & Agility Foundations

Xcelerating Performance Training (XPT): Speed and Agility classes for athletes focused on teaching the foundations of speed, balance, mechanics, reaction, and core strength. For ages 7-12. Please make sure to book the athletes name that is attending the class, not the name of the parent/guardian purchasing the class.
